ING Bank Śląski chooses ITD Poland
ITD Poland implements Customer Interaction Center from Interactive Intelligence in ING Bank Śląski. The solution will improve customer service in the ING contact center devoted for the whole Poland. According to the plan, the implementation process should be finish by the end of 2009 and the system itself will embrace 550 agents.

The implemented by ITD specialists software will integrate all tools possible in call center like telephone, fax or internet interactions. In order to support the agent effectiveness, the functionallity of Interaction Dialer will be provided. This tool is a predictive dialer system that pre-integrates to the Customer Interaction Center® (CIC) IP contact center solution for outbound and blended predictive dialing, as well as for compliance options, call scripting, intelligent campaign staging etc. Beyond the Ineraction Dialer, following modules will available in ING contct center: IVR, ACD, and Interaction Optimizer, which enables calls forecasting, scheduling with a real-time adherence and brings innovation and workforce management together as the core component of Interactive Intelligence system.

The New product in our offer – IVONA TTS Telecom
The newest product in our offer is TTS IVONA by IVO Software. It cooperates with Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems. The IVONA synthesizer analyzes and renders any texts using artificial intelligence to provide an audible, verbal, human-like voice. The synthesized text can be sent to a telephone line or saved to a sound file. There are available Polish, English and Romanian language versions.

ITD Polska has just signed the new contract with telecommunications operator - SPRAY S.A.
The contract covers the implementation of Contact Center solution of Interactive Intelligence. The system enables to service customers interactions via telephone, fax, email as well as queueing and reporting of those. Additionally, the solution will be used as an IP PBX for the whole company.

ITD Polska has succesfully completed Contact Center implementation of Interactive Intelligence for BT Polska Forklifts Sp. z o.o.
The solution implemented in BT Polska enables customers to contact the company via phone, mail, voicemail, as well as having callback possibility when waiting in the queue.

ITD Polska has succesfully completed implementation of PowerCard V2 Card Management Systems in Kredyt Bank S. A.
The implementation has been performed in cooperation with Hightech Payment Systems. Kredyt Bank started to use the system since January.
